- Da Skew Boi (pronounced school) got into music at a very young age. Da Skew Boi first stepped to the mic back in 2001, when he recorded his first single called “Fuck That” with fellow local artist Fire Ball and Fella for a mixtape that never got the chance to be released. Giving up rapping for about 4 years Skew Boi decided to give it another chance. Da Skew Boi has been in the studio working hard to improve as an artist. He was on his first ever mixtape this year call “A’s Down Tell’em Look!” which did fairly nice numbers on datpiff.com. Da Skew Boi is currently in the studio working on his debut solo release mixtape entitled “Back 2 Skew Da Mixtape Series: First Semester,” which is the first of a series of mixtapes to be released. Featured on the mixtape will be artists such as Quez and Qurious of Qurious Productions, also Fella and Slim of Yea Boi Entertainment, and M.E.T.H. of StarHott Entertainment.
